Job Description

Accounting Manager:
Responsible for oversight of monthly payments to Business Development Agents, assuring that deadlines are met and payments are accurate in accordance with contract terms.
The successful candidate will work with senior management on key initiatives fostering process improvement as well as management of ongoing system enhancements and related user testing.
Analyze payment calculations ensuring terms of contractual agreements are met.
Manage monthly payment cycles, directing staff to timely and accurate completion
Work with senior management and technology team to execute forward looking program changes, serving as Finance project lead for successful implementation and testing of system enhancements.
Identify and lead procedural and systemic improvements
Coordinate with General Ledger Accounting group to assure accuracy of company financial records as they pertain to Business Development Agent payments
Coordinate with Legal Department to assure all payment parameters are accurate, up to date, and executed on schedule
