SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Senior Technical Accountant. The Senior Technical Accountant will work on a small team and must be comfortable owning the drafting for all SEC filing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Senior Technical Accountant will be responsible for the preparation of all external reporting filings for the SEC.
* The Senior Technical Accountant will handle the 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and proxy filings.
???????* The Senior Technical Accountant will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of lease accounting, stock-based compensation and equity accounting.
???????* The Senior Technical Accountant will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements and reconciliations.
???????* The Senior Technical Accountant will be responsible for supporting the external audit team on an as needed basis.
???????* The Senior Technical Accountant must have a CPA and at least 2 years of experience with a public accounting firm.
The position will pay in the range of $90-95K. Insurance and other benefit options are also included in the offer.
