Job Title Customer Service

Reports to VP Business Development
Position Type Non-Exempt

The Customer Service role is to function as a liaison between the customer, sales and manufacturing
to ensure that customer requests are handled timely and accurately. Customer Service is the forward
face of the company, and making an excellent impression is critical to Able Coil & Electronics future
growth and success.

Duties & Responsibilities

Builds a strong relationship with customers
Receives customer's requests and confirms they are handled by the team timely
Confirms all new order information is up to date (quotes, pricing, drawings)
Expedites orders through Operations
Resolves customer questions related to existing orders
Notifies customers of changes in deliveries
Enter and Track RFQ's to completion
Prepares quotes, obtains approvals (internally), follows up
Contacts customers to place order based on order history
Documents customer complaints and obtains authorization for credits
Coordinates customer site visits
Handles general administration responsibilities

Worked in a custom product, manufacturing environment
Minimum 5+ years customer service experience
Passionate about providing extraordinary service and customer advocacy
Good communicator and highly responsive (strong sense of urgency)
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to change
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Demonstrated ability and accuracy with basic math skills and calculations
Computer software experience: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
