Payroll Specialist - Tampa/St. Petersburg

This position will be responsible for accurately inputting payroll information and auditing the company's bi-weekly payroll. Once audited, this position will be responsible for the transmission of payroll on a bi-weekly basis and the distribution of the payment checks when received. This person will work directly with the payroll specialist and payroll manager to ensure payroll is correct, submitted timely, and customers are served.

- Reporting

Requirements:

- High school degree and some college experience

- 3-4 years of payroll experience

- Proficient in Excel

- Solid communication skills

- Knowledge of ADP is preferred

- Payroll certification(s) a plus
