Business Development Specialist – Real Estate/Title Services
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid – 1–2 days/week in office)
Compensation: Base $65K–$75K + Strong Commission + Benefits

About the Role
An established real estate services company is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand market presence across Central Florida. This role focuses on generating leads, building relationships, and developing strategies to grow business in the title, settlement, and insurance services space. Ideal candidates are closers with a proven book of business or strong networks in real estate, mortgage, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach

  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys

  • Conduct market analysis and develop strategies to increase market share

  • Manage pipelines and track activity using CRM tools

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and smooth transactions

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high ethical and service standards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience (real estate, title, or mortgage preferred)

  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and relationship building; current book of business is a plus

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with CRM software and social media for business outreach

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
