Job Description

  • The Sr. Analyst role will primarily be responsible for the preparation and administration of North America's annual budget and periodic forecasting cycles with an emphasis on the administration and development of IBM TM1 Planning Analytics applications.
  • The analyst will also assist in the preparation, analysis, and distribution of the monthly business review and other ad hoc projects.
  • Administer and support annual budget and monthly forecasting cycles
  • Assist in development, maintenance, and administration of the IBM TM1 budget and forecast applications
  • Provide end user training on new and existing applications
  • Supports the operations and improvement of standards across TM1
  • Assist in monthly financial analysis and prepare monthly business reviews presentations
  • Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve planning cycles, analysis, and reporting while partnering with finance leaders
  • Build successful partnerships with North America and Global finance leaders
  • Perform ad hoc projects and support business leadership financial decision making
  • Assumes other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree with Accounting or Finance is required
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in operations finance, forecasting, budgeting, data analysis, and financial reporting


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced modeling skills including development experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and Advanced excel skills including working with VBA macros
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience establishing processes and coordinating multiple teams to facilitate time and accurate deliverables
