Job Description

This role is responsible for all aspects of domestic and foreign tax compliance and reporting for the Corporation and its subsidiaries.

Facilitates the timely preparation and review of year-end domestic and foreign tax provision and annual statutory and tax return filings.
Works closely with the Corporate Controller and external service providers to research and evaluate the Company's global tax strategy and exposures.
Works with a third party provider, prepares the annual tax provision and footnote preparation. Works with external auditors to facilitate their audit of the provision.
Ensures that all state, local and federal tax returns (and estimated tax payments) are completed timely and accurately working with a third party provider.
Analyzes state filing requirements, identifying any state nexus issues.
Ensures all foreign statutory and tax requirements are met.
Manages and coordinates any tax related audits.
Identifies intercompany service arrangements, works with a third party provider to ensure such services are appropriately documented, priced and invoiced.
Participates in and provides feedback on discussions evaluating tax efficiencies domestically and internationally.
Maintains appropriate work papers and ensures all support is complete and accurate.


  • Bachelors' Degree and three 3-5 years of relevant work experience in tax compliance/FAX 109 reporting.
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task and manage various internal and external resources to complete projects assigned.
  • Ability to work and influence across and with all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Must have demonstrated history of impeccable integrity, ethics and fair play.
  • Self-starter and a team player that will thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly in Excel (pivot tables, lookups and macros) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and well developed organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and display initiative, self-motivation and dedication necessary for timely and successful work completion

$65,000 - $80,000 + Bonus (Compensation based on years of experience and education/certifications)
