SNI Financial is partnered with a publicly traded company that is looking for a Senior Manager of Accounting. This individual will be responsible for leading corporate accounting functions, the consolidations process, special projects, and leading a team of accountants. Responsibilities:

• Lead the consolidations process and monthly general ledger activities for corporate accounting functions
• Implement proper internal controls and work closely with other departments to resolve issues that present themselves during the close and consolidations process
• Work closely with the financial reporting team to adopt new accounting standards and support complex transactions
• Manage and lead special projects
• Participate in the external reporting process and assist with the preparation of 10-K's & 10-Q's
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals by actively participating in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA
• Previous management experience required
• 9+ years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of consolidations and financial statements
• Previous experience working with a publicly traded company
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
