Job Description


Role:
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing projects and process improvements including applying changes to facilitate transition to new technology. Ensuring data integrity, analyzing data for process improvements and testing of system changes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Trouble shoots any issues regarding internal and external users; new software packages, and system upgrades. Identifies and corrects technical problems & deficiencies in a timely manner.
  • Helps in the design and implementation of HR systems and document process and makes recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Assists and generates complex reporting; standard reports for HRIS users, performs audits to ensure data integrity in all HRIS and vendor's systems.
  • Assist in the development of project mapping/plans; identifying needed resources, schedule of projects and manages schedules
  • Monitors status and provides reporting against planned deliverable (benefits and milestones), and management of issues and action logs.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Computer Technology, Human Resources or a related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have 5 years in an HRIS (HRMS system modules implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Must have Workday experience
  • Advanced skill with Excel and Access Database
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve complex issues
  • Experience acting as liaison between operations and technical functions ensuring proper documentation of systems functions and capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build relationships with leaders and co-workers across the organization
