Job Description

This position will focus heavily on analyzing acquisition opportunities and developing complex financial models for review by senior management. The candidate selected will be detail oriented, possess the ability to present information in a concise, logical manner; equipped with superior MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Degree in Accounting and/or Finance required. Advanced degree preferred but not required.

• Ensures Profits and Losses are documented accurately;
Produces accurate forecasts that enable operations to react to changes in the business.

Review and confirm accuracy in cost flow from resort operations to the home owners' association.

Analyse information, forecasting revenues against expenses and creating annual budget plans.

Create reporting both in month and across properties to better understand property operations, benchmarking and areas of opportunity

Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.

Submit reports accurately in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines (including, but not limited to, forecasts, board reporting, cash flow analysis, and business review packages).

Advising the CFO on existing and evolving operating/financial issues.

Assist DOF in reviewing /collecting CSA/Audit information

Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by utilizing data gathered by Research analyst.

Demonstrates an understanding of cash flow and board priorities. Manages property working capital and cash flow in accordance with brand SOPs and association requirements.


Must be able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Must be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups to managers, clients, customers, and ownership.

Must be able to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.

Must have some Microsoft Excel skills as well as Analytical mindset. Budgetary analysis capabilities required.

Must be able to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusion Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

Strong understanding of Financial/Accounting principles.
Must have a working knowledge of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, working capital analysis and US GAAP.

Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Detail oriented and well organized
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated influencing abilities

Microsoft Access and SQL knowledge is desirable.

Candidate must possess excellent analytical and conceptual skills.

A minimum of three years of experience is required Success Drivers and Competencies:

• Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
• The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.

Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4-year bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related major;
• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related area preferred.
