SNI is looking for an Accounting Clerk/Bookeeper to provide support directly to the Accountign Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Handling A/P, A/R, general ledger posting, invoicing, reconciliation for 15 companies, and 250+ clients.
  • Reconcile high volume bank accounts
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual reports in a timely manner.
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office.
  • Work with customers and vendors at all levels.
  • Manage all financial transactions, posting debits and credits, producing financial statements, and recording all transactions.
  • Prepare management reports and financial summaries using MS Excel and QuickBooks detailing the company's financial status.
  • Generate bank deposits verify and balance receipts.
  • Create invoices and track overdue accounts.
  • Research and resolve billing and collections disputes.
  • Prepare all quarterly and annual federal, state and local tax returns
  • Oversee all day-to-day client project management and needs of the customer service

Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Business degree or 5 years experience
  • Accountign Software experince
  • AR/AP full-cycle experience
