Job Description

One of our valued clients is in need of a Payroll Coordinator who is going to be processing payroll as well as other payroll related duties.

  • Collecting, compiling, entering, and processing employee payroll data
  • Calculating and posting payroll deductions
  • Issuing statements of earnings and deductions and reconciling employee deductions
  • Prepares management, regulatory and departmental reports
  • Verifies quarterly deposit filings
  • Investigating and correcting payroll discrepancies and errors
  • Updating payroll records and processing new employees, terminations, transfers and promotions
  • Addressing employee's pay-related concerns and provide accurate payroll information

Other skills and qualities useful for this position:

  • At least three years of payroll experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy are a must
  • Payroll software knowledge preferred
