SNI Companies is working with a growing NonProfit Agency in their search for an Office Manager to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with new employee onboarding. Conduct regular new hire orientations.
  • Process Employment Verifications and Letters including wage garnishments, payroll deductions etc.
  • Act as a key member of the benefits administration team year round, including working with employees during open enrollment
  • Create and maintain personnel files
  • Coordinate schedules for Executive Leadership team including coordinating local and airline travel
  • Process expense reports for sales team and other staff members
  • Answer incoming phone calls especially during peak periods
  • Knowledge of Human Resources best practices

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred but not required
  • Previous Social Work /Non Profit or related experience is desirable
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Desire to work as part of fast paced organization at a growing company!
