Job Description

This position administers the Encompass loan origination system for all business units that use or access it including retail mortgage, correspondent banking, construction lending, servicing, credit, compliance and accounting. This role also includes configuration of other mortgage systems (such as CRMs or our cell phone app) and setup of logins for most vendor websites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Encompass Administration:
  • Manage access, logins, personas and roles
  • Create and update folders, documents, conditions, stacking orders, templates, business rules and third party integrations
  • Setup and distribute reports in Excel using data exported from Encompass
  • TPO website (including TPO access) and finish conversion project to TPO Connect
  • WebCenters (individual websites for MLOs) and conversion project to Loan Officer Connect
  • Encompass database management and Admin Tools utility
  • Design - build out custom pages, data points and functions
  • Disclosure and closing package maintenance and customization
  • Additional system admin:
  • All mortgage-related customer relationship management (CRM) software applications, EasyMortgageApps, etc.
  • Establish and periodically monitor login access to numerous vendor websites
  • Department IT solutions person
  • Special projects as may be assigned by senior management (i.e. moving all construction loan functions over to Encompass or converting CRMs)

Job Location: Sandy Springs (Atlanta), GA
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college preferred; five or more years related residential mortgage technology experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience configuring and/or using Encompass is preferred
