Job Description

One of our valued clients is seeking a Marketing Assistant who will provide marketing and administrative support to the marketing and operations team.
* Maintain weekly updates for the Sales App and website
* Update organizational documents as needed
* Manage trade show forms and documents
* Maintain and record all marketing purchase orders
* Provide basic marketing research support for marketing team
* Update and organize media library
* Support event planning
* Filing and copying of marketing invoices
* Provide administrative support to operations, and other executives
* Maintain complaint log and material handling for complaints
* Update product data sheets, and maintain specifications for documents related to the sales app and website
* Create specific job warranties
* Provide technical support via internal calls for the customer support department
* Provide administrative support for special projects as needed
* At least 3 threes of administrative support
* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
