SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST OVERVIEW:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be an important part of what works.
You will be responsible for the analysis, investigation, research and forecasting needs of the organization's financial planning. Your day might include:

  • Gathering and analyzing financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues
  • Developing analysis of economic indicators in order to prepare forecasts and analyses of the company's short, medium- and long-term positions supporting the needs of financial planning
  • Build what if scenario models for new products/projects and tracking IRR of initiatives
  • Creating and maintaining statistical models for forecasting, budgeting, and summarize high level commentary on drivers of budget and prior year variances
  • Identifying major business driver KPIs
  • Communicating to executives through building PowerPoint presentations

In this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; or 4+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and with precise detailed accuracy
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of team members ranging from branch managers to Executive Leadership Team.
  • Must have ability to effectively relay complex financial data to non-finance team members so they have a clear understanding
  • Multi-tasking abilities to complete multiple projects and ad hoc requests under tight deadlines and time constraints
  • Advanced proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills a must, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
  • Have an appetite for massive amounts of data and drive to make sense of it
  • Have a strong work ethic and take ownership in completing projects from beginning stages with a "can do" attitude
  • Always looking for ways to improve current finance models and processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Tableau skills a plus - Data scrubbing and heavy pivot table aggregation experience a must
  • Visual analytical skill a major plus
