In this role, you will be managing the communications responsible for conveying an organizations internal and external messages. Work directly with one of the 3 Principals to effectively manage the CT Office and positively and favorably market the Principals in every manner daily. This role is focused in strategic management and responsibility that integrates communication, marketing, compliance and corporate governance to enable the most effective interaction between the principal firm, the portfolio companies, investors and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Excellent visual skills to put together formats and standard documents to be used throughout firm

  • Confidently experienced working with C- Suite, entrepreneurs, politicians, physicians, billionaires
  • Investment Firm or large corporation experience

  • Must meet deadlines while working independently
  • Must be articulate and a highly skilled communicator

  • Knowledge and experience utilizing research to provide guidance

  • Willingness to travel- US domestic and possible international, Europe Middle East Asia- to meet with existing and potential investors in portfolio companies and funds

Job Description

  • Chief responsibility to positively and favorably market the Principals and in every manner daily
  • Organizing, setting up relationships into file system
  • Manage, update, upgrade the paper and online database
  • Interface with financial relationships on behalf of Principals
  • Conduct and organize annual investor conference
  • Oversee the implementation of the family office website and social media platforms to establish, develop and manage the maintenance of, twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, personal website
  • Manage Angel Network
  • Interface daily via email, telephone, text, social media, website and in person to the investors in the companies
  • Create, prepare, write and edit quarterly updates to fund investors, monthly communications to investors in portfolio companies
  • Organize annual Portfolio Companies meeting, organize regional investor meetings
  • Arrange interviews, arrange, write and edit press releases and its Principals and Portfolio Companies
  • Develop a book about the companies 20th anniversary
  • Work with and direct vendors on websites and social media
  • Actively involved in assisting with all communications re: capital raising activities
  • Directly involved with assisting investors
  • Work to develop critical systems to ensure consistency across the firm
  • Participate and manage due diligence efforts of clients

Work Hours
