Position Overview:
Primarily responsible for working with business users to create reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Create complex statements and queries to extract data from operational systems
- Design and build visualizations and dashboards
- Build reports and data extracts
- Work with subject matter experts to define reporting and business intelligence requirements
- Release approved reports/stored procedures/dashboards to production and assist in operational release cycles
- Build data validations to ensure the quality of data and reporting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with reporting tools (SSRS or Crystal or PowerBI or Tableau)
- Experience with financial services data is strongly preferred (mortgage, banking, insurance etc)
- Proficient with Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical ability with good judgment
- Detail oriented and organized
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
- Four year college degree or equivalent experience
