Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Develop & establish relationships with current and new customers
  • Sell products and services to current and potential customers by answering product/service questions and providing advice and solutions to customer questions
  • Take email and phone orders
  • Resolve product or delivery issues by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
  • Provide assistance to the sales staff including: sending samples, creating price sheets, operating the 3D printer, client correspondence, etc
  • Research to find new customers
  • Other tasks as needed



Qualifications:

  • Must be customer service oriented and demonstrate exceptional phone skills, a quality focus, problem solving abilities, conflict resolution, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficiency with computers including Excel and social media
