Job Description

Primary areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Cash Receipts

  • Publish daily receipt flash to Credit staff
  • Maintain receipts log, balance weekly
  • Virtual scanning of payments , take credit card payments
  • Daily receipt file upload to SAP .
  • Resolve payment deductions, do manual cash entries as needed
  • Maintain and current year receipt files and storage


  • Daily Collection on Accounts as Assigned

General Ledger

  • Process monthly, quarterly A/R reconciliations and Management reporting

Tax Systems

  • Entry and resolution of tax certificates
  • Run auto tax certificate campaigns


  • Review and processing of lien waivers


  • Associates Degree in Accounting and/ or Business, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in commercial collections and receipt processing
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive internal & external customer relationships
  • Capacity to work independently and organize
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Need to have NH Notary or ability to become one
  • SAP or Oracle expereince preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with strict attention to detail
  • Understanding and use of automated sales tax systems
