Job Description


Central CT manufacturing company is looking to add an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This position is starting immediately and is a direct hire role. Applying candidates should have at least 5+ years experience. Below are the skills/experience that our client is looking for in a candidate:
Qualified candidate will be responsible for the following:
Certified Payroll
Accounts Payable-Invoicing
Lien Waivers
Requesting Tax Exempt Forms from customers
Scan and record all checks received
Payroll-Daily and weekly entry
Miscellaneous-run reports requested by management
Accounts Receivable-Billing process includes quick bills, AIA worksheets, and schedule of values
Understanding the textura invoice system is a plus
Making weekly receivable calls
Knowledge of sage (timberline) software a plus
Construction experience a plus
