Job Description

Direct hire opportunity available for an experienced Billing Clerk.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Generate invoices to bill for service and maintenance, up to 50 invoices a day
  • Review and analyze line items and pricing
  • Question what is on the invoice to ensure accuracy of quantities and pricing
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service departments to ensure accuracy of what is being billed on the invoices
  • Review contract terms, remittance address and contact; input and update in the system
  • Adjust for cost and variances differences; calculate and adjust billing for discounts, accruals, margin, commissions

Ideal candidate

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Degree preferred, not required
