Job Description

SNI Financial is looking for a talented Asset Servicing Clerk that has leadership qualities to possibly develop into a leader over time. The servicing clerk manages the loans of the company. Candidate must be a team-player, willing to various tasks to help the team succeed highly motivated and driven to excel in an energetic and growing company. Potential person must be highly organized, excellent in communication and mature both professionally and emotionally. Ideal candidate must be hard working, driven, disciplined, a great listener, and lead by example for others. This candidate will want to learn to be a leader and be ready to be coached and developed.

Responsibilities:

• Boarding assets which includes data entry, sending out wires and scheduling debits.
• Cash management of the company bank accounts.
• Matching transactions in the accounting software.
• Preparing the weekly payment list.
• Sending out seizures to processors and following up until there are moved to the next step of the process.
• Filing UCC liens and terminating them as needed.
• Taking incoming calls from employees and customers seeking account information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of Accounting/Excel/Word experience
• Bilingual is a +
• Effective with all kinds of people
• Pass intermediate Excel test
• Highly organized
