Flexible Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk Job Opening in Westfield, MA!


This employer is growing and is looking to add an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to their Accounting Team. The job will be about 20 hours per week and will help their existing AP Department. Hours are flexible based on the candidate's preferred schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle Accounts Payable Process. Resolve AP issues as they happen
- Create and Process Expense Reports
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and vendors to facilitate accounts payable
- Support the AP/Finance Department with Special Projects
- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
- Maintain well organized records

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Accounts Payable Experience Required
  • Experience in the Manufacturing Industry Preferred
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment
