Job Description
SNI has teamed with a valued client on a Accounting Manager opportunity. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for leading a small team. The Accounting Manager must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a CPA. The Accounting Manager must also have Big 4 experience. The Accounting Manager should have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Accounting Manager will handle external reporting functions such as auditing the 401K plan.
* The Accounting Manager will handle SEC administration and annual filings.
* The Accounting Manager will handle SEC reporting and the maintenance of internal controls.
* The Accounting Manager will be responsible for leading the month-end close and reporting processes.
* The Accounting Manager will handle the preparation and review of all accounting functions in accordance with GAAP.
