Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring smooth and efficient processes
The role requires hands-on involvement and a strong focus on maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and audits
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products to optimize warehouse space and accessibility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse by adhering to safety protocols and company policies
• Monitor equipment and schedule maintenance or repairs as needed
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Implement continuous improvements to warehouse processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Assist in the preparation of reports, including inventory levels, order status, and operational performance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a small team
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management, shipping, and receiving procedures
• Proficiency in warehouse management software or similar systems
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
