SNI has teamed with a valued client in South Denver on a search for a direct hire Payroll Supervisor. The Payroll Supervisor will work on a small team and compete in an on-site opportunity. The Payroll Supervisor should have prior leadership experience and will work in a hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for leading full-cycle payroll processing on a bi-weekly basis.
* The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for handling commissions, bonuses and working with teams to make sure accuracy in the payroll process.
* The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for both reviewing and approving manual check requests.
* The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for handling payroll issues and solving those problems in quick fashion.
* The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for creating a positive environment for the Payroll team.
* The Payroll Supervisor will be responsible for creating a culture that is positive for the Department.
* The Payroll Supervisor should have a minimum of a 5 years of payroll experience.
* The Payroll Supervisor will ideally have a CPP.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts in the range of $90K + bonus. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
