Technical Sales Associate

Job Summary

Perform various duties involved with Customer Project Management and Sales Prospecting, including preparation of coating & laser clad estimates, preparing detailed shop routing, maintaining company profit margin goals, organizing Microsoft Team meetings and personal visits to maintain and develop customer relationships.
Essential Job Functions -Respond to requests for quotations and technical assistance and provide options for customers' consideration. Promote thermal spray and laser cladding services.
-Analyze requirements (customer specification & drawings), develop shop process plans in E2Mfg Shoptech software to develop pricing.
-Develop outreach strategies to convert prospects to active customers utilizing CRM software.
-Review completed job margins, for given Accounts, and maintain company profit goals. Prepare Excel sales reports and update pricing yearly.
-Maintain customer relationships using Team Meetings and personal customer visits.
-Participate in Internal Auditing, compliant to ISO 9100 QA standards.
-Coordinate on-site job logistics and potentially view jobsites with Field Service Manager.
-Maintain and create computer records, files and logs using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
