Sales Financial Analyst

SNI Companies ha partnered with global manufacturing firm is looking for a Sales Financial Analyst to join its Houston finance team and support key strategic Sales and Marketing initiatives. This role will focus on financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive data-backed decision-making. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models, rolling forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business strategy.
• Lead the budgeting process, providing department- and region-specific reporting with insightful analysis.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business trends and opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, including budget variance analyses, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance profitability, control costs, and improve operational efficiencies.
• Partner with sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure financial alignment.
• Enhance data accuracy, streamline financial processes, and implement automation tools.
• Conduct in-depth financial and operational analyses to support leadership decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Industry experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) etc.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights for non-financial teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year plus Bonus and Full Benefits
