Accounting Compliance Manager

SNI has partnered with a Dallas based service company to find them an Internal Audit Manager to join their staff. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead and conducts financial and operational risk-based audits. Will review internal controls of the Company's operations; special projects cover a wide variety of business risks across financial, operational, technological and strategic areas.
• Develops recommendations for audit findings, focusing on strengthening internal controls, quality and efficiency
• Help develop policy and procedures

• 5+ years of experience in Big 4 or a large public accounting firm
• CPA Needed
• Strong SOX/Internal Controls over Financial Reporting experience
• Excellent communication skills
