Maintenance Mechanic

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL)

4. Main Tasks:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and manage the preventive maintenance program.
• Supervise and manage facilities-related vendors and contractors.
• Repair production equipment as needed.
• Perform both electrical and mechanical tasks.
• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and dial indicators.
• Order replacement parts when necessary.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electronics, and software, and follow wiring and hydraulic diagrams.
• Collaborate with other contractors and maintenance personnel.
• Clean and perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and training requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

5. Job Requirements:
A) Education and Experience:

• Experience in machine repair.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
