About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established and respected law firm specializing in estate planning and probate. They’ve built a reputation for exceptional service, managing over 1,000 clients through a flat-fee structure. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess legal and financial documents.
- Draft estate planning documents with precision and accuracy.
- Analyze trusts and prepare detailed trust accountings.
- Prepare initial drafts of trust- and estate-related tax returns.
- Compile and organize large volumes of documentation using Adobe or similar tools.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional partners.
- Coordinate and manage legal, tax, and financial documentation.
- Handle confidential information with tact, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Work independently to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support on projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Experience compiling and organizing large volumes of documentation in Adobe or similar software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
