About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established and respected law firm specializing in estate planning and probate. They’ve built a reputation for exceptional service, managing over 1,000 clients through a flat-fee structure. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess legal and financial documents.
  • Draft estate planning documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Analyze trusts and prepare detailed trust accountings.
  • Prepare initial drafts of trust- and estate-related tax returns.
  • Compile and organize large volumes of documentation using Adobe or similar tools.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional partners.
  • Coordinate and manage legal, tax, and financial documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with tact, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Work independently to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support on projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Experience compiling and organizing large volumes of documentation in Adobe or similar software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
