Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of accounting/tax experience
- Preparation/review of business tax returns, including 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, 5471/5472 tax forms
- Preparation of business tax returns/reporting
- Preparation of financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annually), including P&L, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Emphasis on use of Excel)
- Proficient ability in use of tax preparation software/ Ability to analyze and review financial statements
- Good knowledge of U.S. GAAP/financial reporting
- Ability to work with and develop team members. Team player with strong communication, time management, organization, and analytical skills
