The ideal candidate will align custom investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals
Motivated by engaging clients and building long term relationships
Possess an entrepreneurial mentality and ability to build a successful book of business.

We offer operational flexibility and an attractive revenue split for financial advisors based on client fees, empowering them to build their business as they see fit, with ongoing support from the management and investment team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial planning support to clients
• Support investment professionals to cultivate client relationships
• Prepare financial plans and cross checking work to ensure complete accuracy of information
• Actively grow network and engage new clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 4+ years' of industry experience
• Strong understanding of the investment business
• Experience building a book of business or supporting a book of business
• Excellent interpersonal skills
