Escrow Manager

The Escrow Manager will lead the branch operations, ensuring seamless communication during the closing process. This role requires expertise in managing timelines and supporting builder partners effectively. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of escrow officer experience along with 5+ years in a supervisory role. This position is based in Newport Beach, CA.

• Ensure compliance with performance standards and closing timelines.
• Foster a customer-centric and positive work environment.
• Address and resolve issues causing potential delays.
• Manage payoffs, taxes, and HOA dues; collaborate with the title team.
• Prepare closing documents, including CDs and Settlement Statements.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from transaction participants.
• Schedule and confirm closing dates and signings.
• Accurately balance and distribute funds.

• Strong multitasking abilities to drive team progress.
• Proficient in technology and comfortable in a paperless setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of building positive relationships.
• Quick problem-solving skills for escalated issues.
• Accurate in calculations involving discounts and prorations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Results-driven with a focus on outcomes.
• Willbe managing 3-4 Escrow Officers + 1 Escrow Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3-5 years in closing processes, ideally within a builder context.
• Minimum of 5 years in team management.
• Active notary and state-licensed if necessary.
• Experience in managing workflows for efficient closings.
• Familiar with title policies and builder transaction processes.
• Proven ability to monitor and meet closing deadlines effectively.
