Summary
SNI Financial is looking for a Financial Controller to join our team
The role is responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues
Ensure compliance with company financial processes, gather and report P&L Statement, cash flow and other financial reports for operations team
Detect and supervise all risks and ensures financial data is shared among directors/operations are true and accurate.


Description
  • Oversee the financial operations/ensure the accuracy of all financial statements
  • Establish budgets, multi-year plans/forecasts/actuals/analyze variances, and report results within deadlines
  • Maintain and perform specific financial analysis, provide data to support business decision
    Ensure proper action plan has been set and corrective actions are in place
  • Collect and analyze results, provide monthly management’s comments
  • Communicate efficiently with local management, present KPIs and design new ones as per business needs
  • Communicate efficiently to the business/finance/operations/shared svcs
    group
  • Prepare Capex authorization requests with operation’s support
  • Participate and reviews internal and external audit results
  • Analyze current/past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
  • Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
  • Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • 10+ years' overall combined accounting and finance experience with recent experience as a Controller
  • 3+ years of experience managing a finance focused team (up to 5-10 reports)
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, in a financial or accounting capacity, is required
  • SAP experience is required
  • Strong financial analysis, reporting, forecasting/modeling, and cost accounting experience is required
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team to achieve organizational goals
