Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst

Create consistent Global reports from the Analysis and Reporting Tool, Longview, as well as Longview for Excel.

Ø Develop, prepare and maintain client revenue and profitability reports.
Ø Prepare and maintain schedules to aid CFO in communication with Street analysts and Board of Directors.
Ø Support operating plan cycle globally ensuring schedule adherence and process completion for all involved contributors.
Ø Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly forecast and operating plan reports including P&L summaries by region.
Ø Prepare and maintain meaningful financial reports for the senior management team to use as a tool to in identifying, and focusing on, opportunities and risks of immediate and/or future concern.
Ø Assist in development of efficient business tools to include Currency Translation, Capex, and Cash Flow as they relate to the Capex reconciliation to Cash Management, Line Item Detail, Regional P&Ls and Variance Reports.
Ø Maintain Longview hierarchies, template updates and template functionality as necessary.
Ø Support the Longview Budget software, assisting team members in maintaining software tools, models and matrices utilized in the budget and forecast process.
Ø Develop and maintain policies and procedures to improve workflow of current processes.
Ø Monitor and analyze expense and revenue trends.
Ø Manage the coordination, consolidation, and analysis of Capex forecasts on a global basis to ensure cash flow accuracy for the quarterly street forecast
Ø Facilitates all levels of management by addressing questions related to the business.
Ø Aid forecasting team in providing departmental variance analysis.
Ø Assist in roll-out of financial software application(s).
Ø Perform ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.
Ø Assume responsibilities on special projects as identified.
Ø May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø No supervisory responsibilities

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Ø BS in Finance or Accounting required, CPA or MBA preferred
Ø Minimum 3-5 years of accounting and/or finance experience
Ø Well-versed in operating plan cycle of multinational company
Ø Longview, Lawson, Hyperion Pillar and IBM Cognos experience a plus
Ø Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
