Job Summary: Tasked with ensuring the precise machining of aerospace components. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities:
- Employ CNC programming for turning or milling to guarantee adherence to final dimensions.
- Generate setup sheets, tool sheets, and control documentation tailored to aerospace parts.
- Develop drawings for both projects and products in production.
- Innovate specialized tooling, fixtures, jigs, or other devices to aid in manufacturing processes.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion.
- Review relevant contracts, ensuring completeness, and direct inquiries to appropriate channels.
- Validate the completion of all calculations and design activities.
- Ensure the currency of all job-related files.
- Liaise with customers for technical information and escalate pricing or contract concerns to the relevant authorities.
- Engage in problem-solving and process enhancements, including cost reduction initiatives.
- Fulfill other duties as necessary to bolster business operations. Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Mastercam and Solidworks preferred.
- Familiarity with aerospace materials.
- Unwavering accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capability to interpret and comprehend technical drawings, blueprints, and customer design specifications.
- Knowledgeable about design techniques, tools, and principles pertinent to the production of precise technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving aptitudes.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a job shop environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including customers, management, and manufacturing personnel.
- Functional understanding of business practices and interdepartmental relationships within the organization. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

- Company will match 100% of the first 1% and 50% of the next 5% of employee contribution
- 100% vesting occurs after 4 years of service as defined in plan
- Eligibility- Must be 21 years of age
- New employees will receive a welcome packet in the US mail containing login instructions
- Employees will be automatically enrolled for traditional deferrals
- 6% auto deduction
- 1% automatic annual increased deduction up to 10% if not opted out
- If employees do no want automatic deferrals, they may log in to Empower Retirement to select a different deferral percentage or waive participation
- Employees will have 90 days to decide to enroll or opt out
- 401K allows both pre-tax and Roth deferrals
- Profit Sharing contribution will be made annually, discretionary and based on profitability of company.
