Responsibilities & Duties:

• Inspect machinery and equipment to identify maintenance issues
• Prepare and assign weekly maintenance schedules
• Supervise and train maintenance team members
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities
• Oversee all repairs and ensure timely completion
• Manage inventory and equipment storage
• Plan and execute facility improvement projects
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Follow up on maintenance and repair work
• Conduct scheduled safety inspections
• Develop strategies to meet workload demands
• Conduct annual employee performance reviews
• Schedule and facilitate monthly team meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Self-motivated team player
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with building trades and injection molding machines
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Proficiency in budgeting and performance management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
