SNI Technology has partnered with a stellar and stable company looking to add an IT Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of professional IT Support experience.
Role Details: - 6 month contract to hire opportunity
- Hourly pay between $23/hr.-$28/hr.
- Onsite Monday-Friday during normal business hours
Qualifications/Skills Needed: - 2-5 years of IT support experience troubleshooting onsite IT issues and various devices, including laptops, monitors, webcams, desk phones, etc.
- Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Ticketing Systems, printers/scanners
- Maintain inventory of computers, monitors, phones, and other devices.
- Coordinating new device setup and facilitate resetting/wiping of old laptops.
- Must have great communication/interpersonal skills
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
