Position Summary:
Support the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for the Corporate Brands and Manufacturing Finance Group. Responsible for a wide range of accounting, reporting, financial analysis and forecasting functions. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the division in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. Essential Job Functions:

  • Capital Appropriation financial review and reanalysis
  • Provide financial expertise; budgeting, projections, forecasts
  • Special projects, including general accounting review
  • Work across groups on standardization efforts
  • Back up resource - plant financial management responsibilities
  • Corporate manufacturing financial responsibilities that include period and annual report preparation
  • Act as the Hyperion Essbase expert for the manufacturing finance group and provide support as needed
  • Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements
  • Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF 2000 Systems.
  • Accountable to the Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting (Level 6)
  • 5+ years of progressive Finance/Accounting experience in a leadership role (Level 7)
  • Manage the capital reanalysis timeline and provide written summary of the results (Level 7)
  • Strong attention to detail, with high degree of accuracy and precision
  • Ability to travel independently as needed


Desired Previous Job Experience

  • Previous experience working in accounting, food manufacturing preferred
